Our Terms of Delivery are as follows:

We deliver loose, palletised and bulk bags of slate stone and aggregates across the southwest. To make this as smooth as possible, we need to know prior to delivery if there are any access limitations that may cause any issues for our lorries when delivering to your property such as: weight or height restrictions, overhead cables and any obstacles that could obstruct a Heavy Goods Vehicle.

Our lorries are very heavy, so there’s a risk they could affect driveways, roads, grass, or other surfaces. Please make sure access to your property is suitable for a heavy vehicle. Don’t forget to let our driver know where you’d like the materials unloaded.

Any damage during delivery, including to hidden items like pipes, drains, cables, or septic tanks is your responsibility. We can’t accept responsibility for damage caused during delivery or unloading, unless it results from serious negligence on our part. For everyone’s safety, we may need to change or refuse a delivery if conditions are not suitable.
